All insurance products are offered through licensed carriers. Vertex Solutions AK operates as an independent agent and not the insurance carrier.
3. No Professional Legal or CPA Advice
Vertex Solutions AK does not provide legal, tax attorney, or CPA-certified advisory services unless explicitly stated. Clients are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for legal or advanced tax matters.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
Disclose all relevant financial, payroll, and employment data
Review all documents prior to submission or implementation
Vertex Solutions AK is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
5. Payment Terms
Fees will be outlined in a separate agreement, invoice, or proposal
Payments must be made according to agreed terms
Late or missed payments may result in service suspension
All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
6. Payroll & Tax Services Disclaimer
Final responsibility for tax compliance remains with the client
Government agencies (e.g., IRS) may impose penalties beyond our control
Corrections and filings are based on available records and timelines
7. Staffing Services Disclaimer
Vertex Solutions AK does not guarantee performance, conduct, or outcomes of placed staff or contractors
Clients are responsible for supervising day-to-day work unless otherwise agreed
Background checks, licensing, and compliance may depend on information provided by third parties
8. Insurance & Financial Services Disclaimer
Insurance products are subject to underwriting, approval, and carrier terms
Coverage, benefits, and returns are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the policy
Financial strategies discussed are for educational purposes and may vary based on individual circumstances
9. Pre-Existing Conditions & Historical Data
For payroll cleanup, staffing transitions, or financial restructuring:
Services rely on existing records and may require reconstruction or estimation
Vertex Solutions AK is not liable for prior errors, penalties, or liabilities before engagement
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Vertex Solutions AK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for services rendered

Outstanding balances must be settled prior to termination
